Chicken Pide(bake at home)

Traditionally a Turkish comfort food, and one of Oscar’s specialties.


How to Bake

Defrost the pide in the fridge for a maximum 24 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C, and bake it for around 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown, make sure it is cooked all the way in. A metal skewer or knife can be put into the centre and left for 15 seconds and if the tip is too hot to touch when removed it is ready or if you have a thermometer check it is 72°C in the centre.
