Potato Borek (vegan) (bake at home) – mildly spicy
How To Cook
First, remove the plastic cover. Then defrost the borek for about two hours at room temperature (or defrost it in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours). Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for around 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
Alternatively, defrost as above, flatten them a little bit and fry them in a frypan until they are a lovely golden brown colour – yum!
Wheat flour, yeast, salt, improver, vegetable oil, (potatoes, onions, capsicum and herbs).
Allergens: Gluten, egg, milk, soy, sulphites.
