How to Cook
This earthy rye sourdough bread is delicious! It’s already par-baked so pop it in the oven directly from the freezer for 15 – 20 minutes at 180°C. It turns a beautiful dark brown color when ready. If you like thin crust, no need to bake, you can thaw, slice and toast.
Wheat flour, rye flour, salt, improver, yeast.
