How To Cook

There are two ways to make this delicious meal:

  • Simply put the shakshuka sauce in a pan and simmer, make indents in the sauce and add eggs, close the lid and cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking; or
  • Place the shakshuka sauce in an oven proof dish, make indents and add eggs. Cook uncovered in the oven at 180°C until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, sprinkle with fetta and any herbs you have on hand and serve with one of Oscar’s Turkish bread rolls .



Peeled tomato, onions, capsicums, garlic, butter, vegetable oil, and an assortment of delicious herbs and spices.
