Simit (bake at home)
How To Bake
Defrost the simit in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours. Once they are soft, reshape them back into rings. Place under a damp tea towel or in an airtight container. Let them rise at room temperature until they double in size (around an hour) and bake them at 180°C for around 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
Wheat flour, egg, butter, salt, yeast, improver, soy, seeds.
