2 x Leek and 3 Cheese Boreks

This traditional Turkish  pastry is lovingly crafted with hausemade  pastry and generously filled with fresh leek, feta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese

How To Cook

  1. Defrost the borek in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours or  couple hours on the kitchen bench until they get soft.
  2. Place them one a lined baking tray 
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C, egg wash the borek for nice brown colour and bake the  borek fan force for around 20 - 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
  4. Let it rest 5 minutes before you enjoy.

Filling [leek, carrot, onion, mozzarella, feta, parmesan, veg oil, cumin, sweet paprika], 

 Pastry [wheatflour, vegetable oil, salt, yeast (soy), salt, water, tomato sauce], sesame seed, egg.
