How To Cook

  1. Defrost the borek in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours or  couple hours on the kitchen bench 
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake fan force for around 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
  3. You can also bake them from frozen, fan force 180°C for around 30 minutes.
  4. Alternatively, defrost as above, flatten them a little bit and fry them in a frypan with some oil until they are a lovely golden brown colour – yum!

I have no idea what spices CV are in this but the whole mix is just delicious. The potato wasn't really obvious because there were so many other flavours going on. I'd have these every day
